Terms and Conditions Annie’s Barbershop
1. General
- 1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Annie’s Barbershop.
- 1.2 By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- 1.3 Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.
2. Appointments
- 2.1 Appointments can be made by phone, email, online or in the barbershop.
- 2.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to be on time for the appointment.
3. Cancellation and Changes
- 3.1 Appointments can be canceled or changed free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
- 3.2 For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, Annie’s Barbershop reserves the right to charge costs.
4. Payment
- 4.1 Payment must be made immediately after the treatment, unless otherwise agreed.
- 4.2 Annie’s Barbershop accepts cash payments and/or debit cards.
5. Gift vouchers
- 5.1 Gift vouchers are valid until the date stated on the voucher.
- 5.2 Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Liability
- 6.1 Annie’s Barbershop is not liable for damage, loss or theft of personal property in the barbershop.
- 6.2 Customers are responsible for disclosing any allergies or medical conditions that may affect the treatment.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
- 7.1 At Annie’s Barbershop, we believe it is important that every customer is satisfied.
- 7.2 If you are not satisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 7 days via info@anniesbarbershop.nl or 030 – 259 35 03.
- 7.3 We will discuss with you to find a suitable solution, such as a retreatment or other compensation.
8. Privacy
- 8.1 The data you provide will only be used to provide our services, as described in our privacy statement.

9. Complaints
- 9.1 Complaints about our services must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the treatment via info@anniesbarbershop.nl.
- 9.2 We aim to handle complaints within 14 days.
10. Applicable law
- 10.1 Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.
- 10.2 Disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
